The powerful multi-position QuadMag Genie magnetic stirrer provides vigorous stirring for up to 4 vessels at a time. Designed for general laboratory purposes, it features a powerful magnet and motor that offer exceptional magnetic force capable of stirring up to 2L for each position. Stir bars are pulled into position and stay coupled even under the most demanding stirring conditions.
Rugged ABS/Polycarbonate housing and the famous Vortex-Genie heavy-duty motor provide years of reliable service.
Easy-to-use controls allow users to easily change the desired speed.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Magstir Genie, 50hz, Australian Plug, 230 V
The revolutionary single-position MagStir Genie provides low to high speed stirring and editable memory profiles. MagStir Genie may be used with any regular flask/beaker or spinner flask and a maximum sample weight of 5.0 kg. Speed range is 10-1800 RPM including reverse and interval stirring for applications ranging from gentle stirring for cell culture to aggressive mixing for viscous polymers.
There are three power levels. Low-profile magnetic stirrer uses microprocessor control for precise and reproducible operation without heat build-up from internal friction. Manual mode provides stir, stir reverse, and time functions. Profiles mode allows users to quickly program speed, ramp rate, stir direction, time (including pause), and power level in up to 9 distinct steps. Up to 4 stirring profiles can be saved. Automatic mode recalls and executes one of up to 4 user-defined profiles.

EMS hotplates, stirrers and hotplate-stirrers feature an exceptionally durable, chemical resistant, white ceramic work surface. Their space-efficient design (7 x 10.5" footprint), makes them ideal for use on crowded benchtops and inside bio-hoods.
Advanced microprocessor controls allow quick, precise adjustment of speed and temperature. The large, backlit LCD display provides constant visualization of the speed and temperature while a safety LED indicates when the top plate is above 50 degree C. In addition, an optional probe is available for applications that require precise temperature contol. When connected, the probe provides direct feedback to the microprocessor, which continuously adjusts and maintains the selected temperature in the sample within ± 0.5 degree C.
